Tanggungjawab
  • Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation efficiently.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  • Handle correspondence such as emails and calls in a professional manner.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments in a timely and tactful manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments received and pending.
  • Work closely with the finance team to reconcile invoices and collections.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing supplies and liaising with service providers.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.
