- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage filing system, correspondence, and office supplies.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as staff attendance, leave records, and recruitment support.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when required.
