Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or any field.
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience as stock/inventory field is advantage.
Able to read and write English and computer literate; MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. IT/Graphic design-related skills added advantage * Able to work independently and pleasant personality.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication in spoken Malay & English will be an advantage
Prefer female candidate
Start Date : ImmediateResponsibility
  • Provide support and assist superior.
  • To prepare various administrative services such as issue Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery orders, Purchase Order, Delivery Invoices, Filling, etc
Perform general and administrative duties. * Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as and when necessary
  • Maintain and update filing records & stock audits in an orderly manner
  • To handle the arrangement of ongoing and outgoing documents
