Job Responsibility Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts, including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and management reports Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions Preparation and updating of cash flow daily, as well as performing bank reconciliation Handle treasury function and cash flow management To prepare the annual budget and forecast To manage day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & functions as and when assigned by management Liaise with external parties, including lawyers, auditors, tax agents, bankers, and others. Job Requirements Candidate must possess an Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher or Part Professional qualification. At least 2 year(s) of related working experience. Preferably with experience in property development/construction/building industry Positive and Pro-active attitude. High degree of integrity, maturity, and pleasant personality.
