Job Description : Key Responsibilities Define and enforce mobile content standards and governance practices. Manage intake and prioritization of content requests across departments. Collaborate with analytics team to monitor performance and optimize content. Oversee content lifecycle: creation, scheduling, deployment, and retirement. Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines. Coordinate with UX writers, designers, and developers for seamless integration. Lead A/B testing and user feedback analysis. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders. Represent Digital Banking in governance forums and working groups. Job Specification Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Relevant Work Experience: 5 '7 years in mobile content management or digital marketing. Experience in financial services preferred. Familiarity with mobile UX, analytics platforms, and campaign tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Competencies and Skills Technical/Functional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and campaign management platforms. Experience with analytics tools and communication platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Firebase). Design thinking and user-centric content strategy.
