  • Define and enforce mobile content standards and governance practices.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of content requests across departments.
  • Collaborate with analytics team to monitor performance and optimize content.
  • Oversee content lifecycle: creation, scheduling, deployment, and retirement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with UX writers, designers, and developers for seamless integration.
  • Lead A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Represent Digital Banking in governance forums and working groups.
Job SpecificationQualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.Relevant Work Experience:
  • 5-7 years in mobile content management or digital marketing.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile UX, analytics platforms, and campaign tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Competencies and SkillsTechnical/Functional Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and campaign management platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools and communication platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Firebase).
