Business Analyst Manager (EI Service) Key Responsibilities Implementation and Support Extensive experience as a consultant in implementing and supporting SAP. Functional experience in SAP function- Order to Cash Processes. Sound cross functional knowledge in other SAP functions Finance, Procure to Pay etc. Project Management Experience Assist the Development/Support to Manage and Control the IT Systems. Drive coordination between the business users, internal IT team and external technology partners to support the new system&aposs implementation, testing and rollout. Gather, document and review the requirement specifications to ensure compliance to the requirements of the business. Work with the relevant business users to prepare test plans and test cases for the new platform, coordinate with IT colleagues in the preparation of various testing tools and facilities and provide end-users training. Work closely with the development and QA teams during development and testing of the new platform. Review and assess any change requests raised during project&aposs implementation. Participate in project updates, brainstorming and design sessions as needed. Proven ability to map and communicate &aposas-is' and &aposto-be' business and technical processes. Other special projects co-ordination from the IT team or direct line manager. Key Requirements University graduate, with Information Technology background. Minimum 8 years of experience on SAP. Minimum 5 years of experience on service management. Minimum 3 years of experience on Business Analyst. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work in dynamic environment. Knowledge in SharePoint is an advantage. Fluent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin. Other Asian Language skill is an advantage. Able to contribute new ideas, improvement areas to enhance the end user's productivity and process efficiency. Self-motivated and able to drive all the project initiatives independently. Self-organized, good in task prioritization, attention to detail, and with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
