- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Skills required: Supply Chain Management, Negotiation, Vendor Management, Cost Analysis, Contract Management, Inventory Management
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and MANDARIN (MUST).
- Assist in daily procurement operations, including placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Source and compare suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues.
- Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and update purchase records.
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement reports.
