MohonKelayakanPurchase Executive:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.
Skills required: Supply Chain Management, Negotiation, Vendor Management, Cost Analysis, Contract Management, Inventory Management
1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English, Malay, and MANDARIN (MUST).

TanggungjawabPurchase Executive:

Assist in daily procurement operations, including placing orders and tracking deliveries.
Source and compare suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues.
Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
Monitor inventory levels and update purchase records.
Maintain supplier databases and procurement reports.
