Purchasing Executive

• At least 2 years of working experience in relevant industry.
• Certification/Diploma in Supply Chain, Purchasing or related fields will be an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Dealing a lot with Mandarin speaking suppliers and customers)
• Required skills: Communication, Negotiation, Attention to Detail, Interpersonal skill, Prioritization, Adaptability, Market Research, Quality Assurance, Analytical Thinking, Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedures for Warehouse, Supply Chain
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical skills to evaluate supplier options and assess the cost-effectiveness of purchases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with purchasing software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Well-organized, pro-active and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Pandan Indah Area

• Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 1pm

• Ability to process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and update procurement reports.
• Handle disputes or discrepancies in vendor deliveries or payments.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including ethical sourcing.
