Open for Fresh Graduate Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor Responsibility: Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Requirements: Ability to communicate, read, write in Mandarin / Cantonese. Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change Ability to work in a fast paced environment SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided. You are required to work on rotational shifts. Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
