Our client is an international fund administration firm that specializes in alternative funds including Private Equity, Real Estate Funds. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for Director and the role is based in Malaysia Key responsibilities: Manage private equity / real estate client relationships to provide good quality of fund accounting service to them Manage the team to provide fund accounting services to clients including preparing financial statements, limited partner and general partner allocations, full scope of transaction activities including full cycle accounting, financial data analysis etc Work with other teams to market the firm's fund services to clients Oversee the preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting package and working papers Oversee the preparation of capital calls, distributions, partner transfers and reports etc Review fund client's partnership agreements, PPM's and other materials Act as a liaison with various internal /external parties such as auditors, legal counsel, property management companies Assist in new fund on-boarding and collaborate with other departments Key requirements Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or professional accounting qualification At least 8 years of Fund Accounting experience in Private Equity or Real Estate industry Strong accounting technical skills Good client relationship management and team supervisory skills Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP Strong communication skills, team work Knowledge of Yardi is a plus (for real estate) Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at [HIDDEN TEXT] Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA License Number: 20C0180| Registration no: R1876188 |
