A real estate industry client is looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing General Manager role. This role's main responsibility is to develop, implement and manage sales and marketing strategic plan for short to long terms to generate revenue that meets company's objectives and business growths.Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales and Marketing General Manager role:
  • Plan and lead all functions under Sales & Marketing effectively and efficiently.
  • Implement and execute short to long terms strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Provide clear direction and action plan in meeting the financial budget, timeline and quality standard
  • Support top management team in feasibility studies, business development and products development of new projects.
  • Support management in developing new business opportunities to generate income for land and properties held by the Company.
  • Formulate and develop product positioning and pricing strategies to achieve the highest possible yield for project development.
  • Create new and innovative campaign strategies and marketing platforms to boost product awareness and sales.
  • Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies and techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.
  • Conduct and evaluate market research and competitor analysis with continual updates to adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Responsible for local and international market; identify target markets and develop appropriate pricing models for optimum returns.
  • Assist top management to attend local and foreign investors and seek opportunity to increase sales.
  • Responsible in appointment of external real estate agent and negotiate favorable terms & conditions for the company.
  • Review external real estate agent performance on a regular basis and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Develop and establish reporting mechanism in monitoring sales performance, billing and collection, leads generation for sale; analyze and report to the management with action plan where necessary.
  • Responsible to manage and ensure operating expenses are within budgets.
  • Support Director of Operations in overall brand positioning and create brand guidelines for implementation and execution.
  • Liaison with authorities and regulators to ensure compliance to legal requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of sales & marketing experience in property development industry.
  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
  • Strong knowledge in overall sales documentation & agreement, APDL
  • (Advertising Permit & Developer License) submission, MOT (Memorandum of Transfer), etc.
  • Experience in a high-rise buildings and mixed development.
  • Experience in international market and foreign investment.
  • Familiar with other states' development and market sentiments.
  • Familiar with Housing Developers Act, National Land Code Act, Strata Titles Act and relate legislation.
