Job Description :
  • Spearhead and manage multiple development projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with company objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • Deliver strategic project planning and insights in collaboration with the COO and senior leadership.
  • Establish project scopes, key deliverables, and milestones, ensuring timely execution with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, and financial requirements.
  • Lead feasibility studies and market analysis to assess commercial viability and potential risks.
  • Proactively address project issues, delays, and risks, and escalate critical concerns to the COO in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Finance, Design, and Planning teams to ensure project alignment and drive commercial success.
  • Assist in executing marketing strategies and support the achievement of sales KPIs through joint initiatives.
  • Manage engagement with consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project approvals and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, business partners, and regulators.
  • Develop and enforce best practices, SOPs, and governance frameworks to improve project management efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing project team, fostering strong project management skills and business acumen.
  • Foster a team culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in property development or construction management, including a minimum of 8 years in senior project leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end development of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • In-depth understanding of development lifecycles, construction techniques, regulatory processes, and project delivery best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Capable of performing under pressure, handling complex situations, and making sound decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrates strong integrity, professionalism, and effective interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
