As a Regional Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing operations of 6 manufacturing facilities within the APAC region. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve company objectives within the region.
Provide leadership and direction to the Plant Managers and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
Monitor production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness whilst maintaining product quality
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards and quality control procedures
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and operational excellence
Develop and mentor manufacturing leadership talent within the region

Leadership position|Growing organizationThe successful candidate is a visionary business leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in driving results & efficiency in the manufacturing environment. It is important that this individual has an all rounded experience in operations, supply chain, commercial and financial acumen and must possess the requirements as below;

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree. Executive degree in Business Administration is a plus
At least 20 years of experience in managing a high volume, low mix manufacturing process
Proven track record in manufacturing site management
Regional exposure
Mutli-site plant management experience will be an added advantage
