Formulate regional transport optimization strategies, to ensure optimal transport efficiency and cost-effectiveness,
Establish a logistics operation management framework across APAC region,
Supervise the execution of country & local logistics operation activities to align with the compliance, regulatory and safety requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand relevant laws and regulations at country and local levels across APAC region, oversee and provide guidance on daily operations in accordance with legal requirements, and environmental sustainability.
Understand and supervise the compliance standards of logistics transportation safety management according to country and local regulations across APAC region, assuming responsibilities for logistics transportation safety protocols, and facilitating adherence to pertinent logistics safety standards.
Develop transport optimization strategies for APAC region, establish a management framework, formulate logistics transportation policies, and refine logistics transportation processes to meet and align with the requirements of BES business strategies.
Coordinate the logistics layout in APAC region according to business development needs, aiming for continuous optimization of supply and cost reduction.

Improve supplier system, provide guidance to country & local team to optimize logistics layout and routes, to control logistics costs, and enhance the quality of logistics transportation services. * Collect, compile, and audit country & local logistics transportation budgets and expenses on regular basis.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and management of regional logistics transportation projects in alignment with BES business requirements, instituting toll gates as necessary and extending support where required.
Undertake the integration and execution of post-merger and acquisition logistics transportation strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives and operational efficiencies.

YOUR PROFILEEducation: Bachelor's degree and/or aboveExperience: Minimum 10 years' professional experience in distribution sector logistics and fleet management with track record in excellence, project implementationOthers:

In-depth knowledge and experience in transportation and logistics industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make decisions based on data and business needs.
Proficiency in the use of technical tools and systems, including but not limited to transportation management systems and data analysis tools.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with teams across different geographies.
Excellent project management skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

Good command of English communication skills, fluency in Chinese would be considered a plus.
