Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services. Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable Solar products or services. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions. Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements: Proven 1-2 years' experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role. Experience in the solar renewable industry will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
