Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in recruitment capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment-preferably within IT consulting-and be locally based or available in Malaysia. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination up to the offer letter stage. Key Responsibilities Source potential IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal recruitment team Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process Prepare and issue offer letters in coordination with internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from sourcing to offer Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or tech-related roles Prior experience in IT consulting recruitment is an added advantage Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to manage multiple roles and priorities independently Must be a Malaysian citizen or currently residing and available to work in Malaysia Preferred Skills Understanding of common IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, consultants) Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
