About the role We are looking for a consultant who is passionate about expanding his/her knowledge and recruitment skills throughout whole Southeast Asia with the initiative and independence. Position: Professional Recruitment Consultant Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Responsibilities Be the interface with the client, understand the job requirements of the assignments. Analyze and design search strategies according to the features of the assignments. Select and explore search channels, identify target candidates, and tap into candidate resources. Communicate and evaluate candidates according to the selection criteria and brief candidates on the opportunities offered, prepare candidate reports and make recommendations to clients. Follow up the recruitment process through the interview to offer stage and beyond - tracking of interview process, make changes on timely manner, and ensure the closure of positions. Conduct candidate onboarding briefing, periodic touch base to ensure their adaptation and development. Maintain the good relationship with the clients. Requirements University or college degree or equivalent. With the knowledge or experience on consulting business, recruitment experience will be a plus. Strong interest in the communication with people. Good oral and written in English, and proficient in Mandarin would be a plus. Enjoy target-oriented tasks, have strong sense of responsibility, a self-starter, willing to learn new things and take on new challenges.
