About The Team Seller Operations (Comms & Initiatives Pillar) We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Seller Operations team under the Comms & Initiatives pillar. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing the overall seller experience by driving operational initiatives, managing communication strategies, and delivering solutions that matter. Job Description Support the planning and execution of operational initiatives and feature rollouts that elevate the seller experience. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose and implement strategic solutions (e.g., SOP enhancements, new feature recommendations, etc.) Monitor seller sentiment across social media and other feedback channels, synthesizing actionable insights Develop, refine, and deliver engaging educational and communication materials tailored to sellers' needs Deliver high-impact solutions and support by addressing complex seller inquiries with speed, precision, and empathy. Leverage data to generate insights, drive decisions, and measure impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and other operational teams to align efforts and deliver results. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in a related role; experience in eCommerce is a strong advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both internal teams and external stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated analytical skills for data gathering and interpretation.
