Able to communicate well in Mandarin. English is advantageous.
Strong leadership and management skill
Must be able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays
Able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant due to business nature
Driving license required

Tanggungjawab

Manage and oversee the entire 2x restaurant operations in KL & Selangor
Overseeing the overall management of the dining establishment, strictly adhering to food safety protocols and industry regulations.
Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees
Organize and supervise shifts
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve.
Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
Make sure company regulation in the well keep-running, strict compliance in company standard in hygiene and safety regulations.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Prepare weekly report and report to management
