- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Exhibit excellent service orientation and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Display leadership potential and the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Proficient in cashier duties, including handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite for basic administrative tasks and reporting.
- Understand inventory control principles and procedures to manage stock levels efficiently.
- At least 1-2 years experience in fine dining environment is a must
- Experience in managing reservation
- Skills required: Communication Skills, Service Orientation, Customer Service, Leadership, Cashier, Microsoft Office and Inventory Control
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak and off-peak hours.
- Manage and supervise a team of service staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies, while minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage procedures.
- Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
