  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Exhibit excellent service orientation and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
  • Display leadership potential and the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in cashier duties, including handling cash and processing payments accurately.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite for basic administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Understand inventory control principles and procedures to manage stock levels efficiently.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in fine dining environment is a must
  • Experience in managing reservation

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Manage and supervise a team of service staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies, while minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage procedures.
  • Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
