Objectives: To provide support to the Head of Channels (HoC) for South East Asia and the Inside Sales Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Job Responsibilities: Assist the HoC for South East Asia in developing comprehensive Sales Playbooks. Create and maintain reports tracking Small and Medium Business (SMB) activities and revenue metrics. Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by management. Personal Characteristics: Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results. Capable of managing complex project cycles and effectively negotiating with multiple stakeholders. Resilient under pressure, exhibiting self-discipline and effective time management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively within a sales team and across other departments. Skill Requirements: Proficient in Excel, including formulas, data mapping, and VBA. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business processes.
