About The Role The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business segments and partner relationships that support the strategic growth of the company. The main role will be to pursue and form partnerships with companies to provide referral, resell, joint deals pursuit and selective partners for implementation. Able to understand the HCM technology, Resellers and GSI ecosystems. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services and Product team to drive pipeline and revenue through the partner ecosystem. Able to build relationships with large Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers, or other partners that can enhance the strategic value of BIPO's solutions. Roles And Responsibilities Manage partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to enablement and pipeline generation Manage sales activities with sales teams to align partner efforts to priority segments, named accounts, and revenue targets Lead/Co-Lead/Support with sales on co-selling motions, joint planning, deal support, and executive alignment Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings Support and scale co-selling motions, including joint planning, deal support, and executive alignment Participate at partner marketing activities, social media platforms & webinars/conferences to promote BIPO solutions. Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure partner performance, referral accuracy, and reporting Maintain visibility of pipeline influence and track partner contribution to BIPO revenue attainment Communicate up-to-date information about new solutions/features and enhancements to partners. Desired Requirement Bachelor's Degree At least 5-10 years of Business Development, Partnership or Channel role experience in the software field. Understanding of HCM / or HR Tech ecosystem. Additional advantage if have experienced handling Tier 1 vendors/GSIs. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams and supporting quota-carrying objectives Strong commercial acumen and able to report on partner pipeline, conversion, and ROI Experience working in a fast-growing, regional environment Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners across the region Proficiency in English is crucial, and additional languages such as Bahasa Malay, Chinese etc are a plus Show more Show less
