Location: Based in Sabah or Sarawak Job Purpose: SANY Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our East Malaysia market. This role requires industry background , existing client resources , and a track record of delivering results in selling similar products (e.g., road machinery, concrete machinery, batching plants). You will be accountable for regional sales targets and strategic customer development. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of sales targets and revenue growth across East Malaysia; Responsible for the full range of SANY products: Road machinery: motor graders, road rollers Concrete machinery: transit mixers, concrete pumps Batching solutions: stationary and mobile plants Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, fleet clients, and project owners ; Track and pursue infrastructure, industrial, and public works projects; Manage tendering, quotation, negotiation, and contract closure; Provide strategic input on market trends and competitive landscape; Collaborate with technical, service, and finance teams to support sales delivery and customer retention. Qualifications: Diploma's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Minimum 5 years' experience selling similar products (e.g., compaction equipment, concrete machinery, heavy vehicles) ; Strong customer network and business relationships in Sabah/Sarawak; Target-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated; Able to travel extensively across East Malaysia.
