To ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016. To organize and coordinate the Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors' Meetings and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings as requested by clients. Preparing Directors' Resolution, Minutes and statutory forms for filing to SSM. Formation and takeover of private limited companies, and to ensure all the returns and documents lodged with the registrar (SSM) according to the deadline provided in the Companies Act, 2016. Liaise with clients, auditors and other relevant authorities with connection in company secretarial matters. Promptly respond to client&aposs inquiries and emails. Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary and undertaking general administrative tasks as needed. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time in connection with Company Secretarial duties. Job Requirements: Applicants who are able to start immediately will be prioritized. Location: Must work physically at Taman Danau Desa, Kuala Lumpur Education: At least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent professional qualifications (ICSA / MAICSA). Experience: Must have at least 1-3 years of working experience in secretarial field, in-house or accounting firm in the similar role. Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, MBRS & MyCoID. Must be tech savvy and adaptable in using various applications for efficiency. Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred). Good analytical and time management skills. Able to work independently, work well under pressure and work as a Team.
