• Proven experience in car accessory installation (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Experience with luxury or continental cars is a plus
• Familiar with tools, electrical systems, and installation safety standards.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle electronics and systems.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and follow technical instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work in showroon and also travel to work in project site across Singapore
• Bilingual skills (English + Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia) is an advantage.
• Added advantage if possess a valid motor driver's license

• Preferable candidate understand and speak in Mandarin and English.
• Prior experience in leading and managing a team.

• Install a wide range of car accessories (e.g. dash cams, audio systems, tinting, reverse cameras, GPS, lighting, etc.).
• Perform wiring, fitting, and testing to ensure all equipment functions properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to installed accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workspace and during installation.

• Supervise and guide a team of installers to ensure efficient job completion and quality service.
• Plan and assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timelines are met.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train junior team members and improve their technical skills.
• Coordinate with clients and the management team to handle scheduling and site visits

• Salary Package: SGD 2000 - SGD 5000 (Basic Salary + Overtime + Incentive)
