Tanggungjawab- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.- Monitor and evaluate team performance through call quality, productivity, and adherence reports.- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues effectively.- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and client requirements.Manfaat
