Have exposure to Ariba & SAP Able to commence within immediately. Open only for Malaysian KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Organizational leadership through ownership of the end to end support model including all resources, results, and developing future capabilities and technology Leading the skills development and performance management within the team in an informed manner Delivering a best practice organization through a strong team and infrastructure Developing and deploying a global team of experts in captive centers and local countries that provide outstanding advice and guidance to all Procurement Users Collaborate with key organizations to ensure we meet their varied needs. Deploy a strong knowledge base supported by continuous improvement and technology. Collaborate with other support centers to find opportunities to leverage best practices, share resources and solutions.
