The applicant for this role will be responsible for guiding and leading the organization's procurement strategy, operations and performance. Take charge in leading both regional and local procurement team in order to drive operational excellence

Continuously evolving the procurement operating model in order to meet the requirement of end users.
Analyzing effective strategy to maximize the operational activity.
Leading global steering committees in identifying any risk associated within the operations.
Managing all procurement help needs across local and global region.
Providing coaching and support to ensure the teams are well equipped with the right set of tools.
Managing and allocating resources accordingly.

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Finance or related field.
Significant organizational leadership experience
Experience collecting and driving transformation through industry best practices
Very strong communication skills
Senior Level Leadership (or equivalence) experience
Broad based S2C and P2P system experience
Seasonal procurement experience across Sourcing and Category
Experience leading high complexity projects.
