Job Summary: The Junior Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle of new insurance agents. This role is critical to building our talent pipeline and will handle the administrative and initial sourcing functions, allowing the Director to focus on final interviews and hiring decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to learn the strategic aspects of recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Post and refresh job advertisements on online platforms and job boards. Proactively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry groups) and referrals. Maintain and update the candidate pipeline, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Screening and Coordination: Review incoming resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and confirm interviews for management. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Administrative Support: Manage and track key recruitment metrics, such as the number of applicants, interview schedules, and hires. Assist in preparing recruitment materials and offer letters. Compensation & Benefits: Basic Salary: RM 2,500-3,500 per month. Performance Bonuses up to 10% of basic salary upon achieving KPIs Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, recruitment, or a related role. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with common office software and online recruitment platforms. A high degree of proactivity and a results-oriented mindset. Education: A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not a requirement.
