We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in BPO recruitment . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for various BPO functions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various BPO positions. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment solutions that align with company goals. Maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the BPO and game development industries. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve hiring strategies. Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment . Familiarity with high-volume hiring processes and fast-paced work environments. Prior experience in recruiting for game development projects is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
