This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for executing and managing process automation projects. You will collaborate with RPA developers and engineers to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions. This hybrid role combines technical expertise in automation-related tools and platforms with project management skills to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.What you'll do:
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of improvement/automation/RPA projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Manage project team (developers and engineers) providing guidance/coaching with clear objectives and performance expectations.
  • Possess strong knowledge of RPA and automation-related tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Work closely with the team to design and develop RPA/automation solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Review and optimize existing RPA/automation processes for efficiency and scalability.
What you bring:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams is essential.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement and RPA concepts and technologies is necessary.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
  • Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate) would be advantageous.
