We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join and grow with us from strength to strength!As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of temporary talents and job seekers seeking for their next opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
Managing candidates/contractors throughout their contract duration, facilitating a smooth on-boarding & off-boarding process.
Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in recruitment or sales is highly regarded.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to think on your feet and keep up with a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and proven candidate/client management skills.
Resilient, able to handle adversity and rejection, focused on using initiative to solve problems.
Solid business acumen with a natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team.
Experience in handling Business Development and Key Account management across multiple industries would be a strong advantage.
