- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in selling products to water/wastewater industry or Pharmaceutical, a strong semiconductor’s industry present will be a high value added
- Required Skill(s): Fluid control system, valves, flow meters, process automation will be advantage, sales, negotiation, account management.
- Preferably specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.

- Carry on outside sales and marketing activities.
- Handling on existing established clientele assigned.
- Development of new customers base business development opportunity.
- Generate leads that may require the company’s range of product ranges.
- To conduct project site visits regularly to introduce the company to prospective clients and broaden the company’s exposure and engagement.
- To build a good relationship with one’s clients to inculcate loyalty and encourage continued preference for the company’s various product ranges.
- Implementation of strategy in his/her area of responsibility via market, customers and competitions analysis.
- Internal and external networking, collecting and sharing information about market, customer, competitor, etc. using available tools.
- Responsible for the account including the coordination of all communication to the customer and all relevant sales documents.
- Strong negotiation knowledge of commercial and project conditions and closing the sales.
- Monitoring and giving feed-back regarding progress of important customer projects to multiply local success.
- Representation of the company in a professional way.
- Review and study technical specifications and engineering requirements for the required products in the inquiry by customers.
- Take into consideration by checking the suitability of the product in the specific application which are knowable by its past experiences during product selection and proposal.
- Leading the completion of quotation with internal colleagues, by adding on technical clarification information and documentation.
- After receipt of order from customers, checking technical specification and requirements of purchase order making sure it is compliance against our quotation terms and conditions.
- Coorindate customer order with order processing team, clarify specific technical instructions to the order entry colleagues if any.
- Coordinate the technical documents (drawing, certificate, procedure, etc.) and submit to customers until documentation are approved and completed.
- Handling customers complain, reply to technical questions.
- Ability to multi-task skill for all related works
