Network Executive

• Analyze and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, Cloud System, Storage, Backup etc.) to support current and meet future business requirements.
• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users’ requests and enquiries, identify and troubleshoot problems, provide advice and follow through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems applications.
• Maintain the infrastructure health by performing daily monitoring, patch updates, configuration review and hardware replacement when needed.
• Facilitate or coordinate project-related activities on the ground with IoT/project team & the vendors as per specification and timely manner.
• Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
• Effectively administer and manage all servers and networks, while ensuring all backups and contingency processes are performed accordingly. Also, to ensure the completion of new equipment setup or configuration changes according to the maintenance schedule or recommended changes.
• Maintain a complete inventory for all IT related equipment, licenses and support contracts and update in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Company Group Policy.
• Implement and enforce system accessibility and user security according to SOP, completion timeline and good practices.
• Assist MIS department in every IT related infrastructure including intercompany initiatives as and when required to ensure the organization objectives are met including providing after-work hours support according to work requirements and job schedule set.
• Conduct in-house training to users to create awareness on applications and enhance usage of applications for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
