- Responsible on leading and managing all aspects of the Front Office & Housekeeping.
- Supporting, training and supervising front office and housekeeping staff
- Ensuring that all customer related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve customer’s experience.
- Handling customer complaints and special requests.
- Monitor and ensure cleaning staffs are able to perform quality of the room cleanliness.
- Checking for faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work.
- Scheduling staff shifts and managing other HR- related tasks.
- Preparing monthly management reports on :
- Maintain the departmental budget
- Updating file and records (Stock in hand)
- Enforcing all cash-handling, checking and credit procedures.REQUIREMENTS :
- 3 Years and above working experience.
- Proven work experience as Front Office Executive
- Hands on experience with Front Office System (IDB system)
- Proficiency in English (Oral & Written)
- Good in communication and dealing with customers.
- Good organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Problem solving skill
- Housekeeping experience will be an added advantage.
