Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in an organised and confidential manner. Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and training sessions. Assist with filing, document formatting, and administrative HR tasks as required. Provide general HR support and liaise with other departments when needed. Create monthly plans for SRC activities and present them to the relevant stakeholders. Take part in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
