We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) intern to join our HR team for 4-6 months internship who can start from September 2025. The intern will support various HR functions including; Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and other task as and when required. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Support job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and feedback collection. Onboarding and Orientation: Assist with onboarding tasks, documentation, and orientation sessions for new hires. Employee Engagement: Help plan HR events, boost morale, and gather feedback to improve workplace culture. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, support payroll processes, and manage HR documentation. Learning and Development: Coordinate training sessions, track progress, and prepare training materials and other training related administrative task. Qualifications: Currently pursuing Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn about different HR functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
