Senior Finance Manager

- Oversee the full set of accounts, monthly/yearly closing, and group consolidation (only 1 subsidiary).
- Prepare management reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis for management review.
- Ensure accurate and timely quarterly financial reporting to Bursa Malaysia.
- Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance (SST, corporate tax), and liaise with external auditors.
- Continuously improve internal controls, cost management, and financial processes.
- Handle communications with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
- MIA membership is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in accounting/finance, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in public listed companies is highly preferred.

- Solid understanding of MFRS, tax regulations, and Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
