Job Responsibilities: - Responsible to oversee the Plantation Operations Management, Labor & Contractor Supervision, Quality Control and Compliance, Reporting & Documentation as well as Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). Planning and execute the daily field operations (e.g. Planting, Harvesting, Pruning, Fertilization, Pests & Disease Control). Monitor crop growth & yield performance and ensure timely harvesting and transportation of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) to mills. To oversee the maintenance of infrastructure such as roads, drainage and irrigation. To supervise and train the field workers and ensures productivity and adherence to SOPs. Manage labor schedules, attendance and payroll coordination (e.g. harvesting, spraying & transportation). Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations and safety standards e.g. RSPO, MSPO etc. Implement good agricultural practices (GAP) to maximize yield and quality. Conduct regular field inspection, maintain accurate record (e.g. Yields Data, Input Data, Input Usage, Labor Reports). Prepare daily / weekly operational reports for the management, budgeting and cost control measures. Enforce safety protocols (e.g. PPE, chemical handling, machinery use) and address any emergency situations (e.g. fires, worker injuries etc.) Job Requirements: - Applicants must have Diploma or Degree in Plantation / Agriculture or any relevant field. Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in plantation environment, and applicants performing similar role will be an added advantage. Able to work independently, result oriented and committed. Possess good interpersonal skills, good people management and ability to interact with people at all levels. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia and possess good report writing skills.
