Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and assistance to the Tax Director / Manager/ Asst Manager. Prepare and complete tax computations and tax submissions within the given time frame as assigned by the Tax Director / Manager / Asst Manager. Handle the submission of Form CP204 & Form CP204A with the necessary advice. Review and ensure timely submission of Form CP204 & Form CP204A by Tax Admin, Associates and Senior. Review tax computation prepared by Tax Associates / Senior / Intern. Ensure all tax correspondences are followed up and responded by Tax Associates / Senior / Intern in a timely manner. All IRB tax correspondences assigned by Tax Director / Manager / Asst Manager are properly dealt with by the given timeframe. Resolve technical and non-technical tax issues on a timely basis. Meet all tax deadlines. Manage and answer client's technical tax enquiries on a timely basis. Explain the tax computation to customers when required. Support others to achieve their deadlines without having to be asked. Work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication within the tax team and other YYC biz units. Manage the filing of tax documents into the tax files in a timely and organized manner. Attending closing meeting and doing presentation on tax computation and related matters solely or jointly with Tax Director / Manager / Asst Manager. Requirement: Degree in Accounts and Finance with a major in Taxation and/or a professional accounting qualification or equivalent and with at least 3 years of tax experience. Good tax knowledge.
