Understand the function and applications for your specific memory technology. Identify the major components that make up your specified memory module as well as an overview of the device operation. Uses Test and Diagnostic Equipment to Perform Checkouts. Actively share documentation and information with others to raise level of awareness and knowledge in the department, site, or larger industry groups. Assist in the development and training of new engineers and process technicians in the area. Perform Product Test and Failure Analysis Perform product testing to evaluate and support new and existing product development. Assist engineering with system level debugging using software programs, analyzers, and other diagnostic tools. Assist the engineering team on projects that include but are not limited to Returned Material Authorization (RMA) request, initial product qualifications, Assembly quals, and ongoing production sampling. Build and debug engineering test fixtures. Support Equipment, Processes and Documentation for SpecTek Labs Operate and maintain tools to assure equipment and/or processes are running to lab requirements Support and assist with software/equipment installation and/or upgrades/enhancements Provide timely and accurate customer service. Develop and maintain effective networks globally. Support teamwork and information sharing. Report conditions or behaviors contrary to EHS policies. Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE. Operate and maintain equipment within guidelines. Cooperate with audits. Required: Degree in technical field or similar. Required: 2+ years' work experience in semiconductor/module manufacturing field. Proficient in troubleshooting/repair of computers Experience in creating data and reports. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs. Team player with excellent interpersonal, collaboration and motivational skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision. Proficient in math and knowledge of production/manufacturing processes.
