Independently manage MAM system configuration for Lab Operation Configure and maintain MAM process flows and disposition/business rules for the Taiwan operations for all product families and product types. Understand engineering and operations needs and business processes and translate those processes into MAM flows using the MAM Document Editor tool. Coordinate efforts with counterparts in other locations to ensure global alignment of flows and business logic. Respond to support calls related to MAM tracking issues. Serve as a global attribute requestor, and implementer for Global Quality Serve in business process ownership capacity when called upon. Support system transition from MAM to MES Effective written and spoken English. Diploma in System engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of programming language Strong critical and analytical thinking skill. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously. Able to work in several areas of a project development life cycle. Great teammate, preferably with experience working on projects with global collaborators.
