- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and background checks.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct orientation sessions on company background, policies, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain new joiner checklists and employee personal files.
- Update and circulate new joiner/resignation announcements.
- Handle rehiring programs when required.
- Handle disciplinary matters including issuing warning letters, managing absenteeism (MIA), and conducting staff counseling sessions.
- Prepare and circulate HR-related memos and policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisals for annual increment, confirmation, bonuses, AWS etc
