Job Responsibilties:Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and background checks.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions on company background, policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain new joiner checklists and employee personal files.
  • Update and circulate new joiner/resignation announcements.
  • Handle rehiring programs when required.
Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management:
  • Handle disciplinary matters including issuing warning letters, managing absenteeism (MIA), and conducting staff counseling sessions.
  • Prepare and circulate HR-related memos and policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisals for annual increment, confirmation, bonuses, AWS etc
Monitor and manage probation and staff confirmation processes.Training & Development:Plan and organize staff training activities in line with HRDF requirements.Develop training schedules and budgets aligned with employee competencies and organizational needs.Payroll & Benefits Administration:Handle monthly payroll for below management-level staff, including checks on annual leave (AL), medical leave (MC), absenteeism, allowances, backpay, and reimbursements.Administer staff claims including SOCSO, insurance, medical claims (within and beyond limit), and other benefits.Manage leave entitlement processes, including forfeited leave and carry forward by 30 June.Handle shift allowance, travel allowance, and other payments.Compliance & Statutory Submissions:Manage SOCSO claims and other statutory requirements.Handle Penjana Kerjaya claims and grant applications.Apply for and manage foreign worker quotas.Review and renew insurance group policies.Ensure timely submission of statutory forms: EA forms, Form E, CP22, CP22A, CP21, etc.HR Administration & Reporting:Maintain and update employee personal particulars and HR records.Monitor and resolve outstanding or urgent HR matters.Generate HR-related reports for management as required.Offboarding & Exit ManagementConduct exit interviews and manage the return of company assets.Handle resignation processes including short notice, annual leave reimbursement, backpay, and overpayment adjustments.
