Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer questions about Proton e.MAS on social media platforms. Reach out to interested customers and invite them for test drives. Gather, filter, and track potential customers to make sure there&aposs a steady flow of leads. Support the sales team by helping to follow up with leads and improve chances of turning interest into actual bookings. Make sure the leads collected are high-quality and more likely to result in real vehicle registrations. Keep up-to-date with Proton e.MAS products, current offers, and competing products to better connect with different types of customers. Create daily reports to track results, spot any issues, and suggest ways to improve performance. Job Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience and must be from automotive background. Proficient in both Malay and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills; effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels, resolving issues during communication and customer conversion processes.
