- It is essential to maintain effective communication with customers. Stay informed in real time about their needs. It is essential to provide them with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory, and attentive service.
- Secure market share by introducing new products to customers and strategically expanding the market presence of existing products.
- Work closely with internal departments, such as Logistics, Production, Technology, and Quality Assurance, to promptly respond to customer inquiries and meet their needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in product and market strategies, handling inquiries, quotations, contract terms, and signing. During contract execution, the role involves coordinating and promoting cooperation among various functional departments.
- To collaborate with team members to identify and onboard new customers while also cultivating relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued patronage.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a college degree and be open to undergoing corporate training to support long-term professional growth.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales. Fresh graduate is also encourage to apply.
- An understanding of packaging materials or experience with injection molding and related processes would be considered a plus.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-discipline, a proactive and result-oriented attitude, and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
