- Minimum of 5 years of marketing operation support/service desk experience. Preferable with MNC and/or IT industry working experiences.
- People skill and managing a team experience is important
- Those without experience may apply but will have a longer training period
- Demonstrated ability to understand branding compliance (training will be provided)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other relevant skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Organization and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Training will be provided
- Managing a Team of staff to provide support for the service desk
- Provide marketing support/communication to the Regional Marketing Manager in working out the marketing budget and fund allocation to the Partners
- Support the execution of joint marketing in Asia Pacific/Europe/USA- planning, review, approval and compliance of the marketing plan
- Assist in generating Purchase Order and communication to the Partners
- Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget
- Help in the monitoring of timeline of the marketing cycle
- Assist in providing creative review and compliance of brand guideline
- Assist partners in submission of their marketing plans
- Responsible for the compilation of POE (Proof of Execute) of the marketing campaign and approval of the budget released
