This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced marketing operations professional to work hands-on with our complete marketing tech stack, driving data quality, system integration, and process optimisation that directly impacts pipeline generation and revenue growth.You'll work autonomously to manage our CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools whilst serving as an excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders across the organisation. Your commercial awareness and keen eye for detail will be essential as you demonstrate how marketing operations directly connects to revenue outcomes, whilst your experience in planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns across inbound digital and outbound tactics will inform your operational approach. You'll confidently collaborate with cross-divisional teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth through inbound digital strategies including PPC, SEO, and social media, bringing a proactive, flexible mindset that delivers results under pressure and adapts readily to change. With your can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to promote ideas and influence peers, you'll build a network of relationships that drive Access's marketing success. - Data Ownership & Governance: Own the accuracy, completeness, and usability of marketing data across systems (CRM, MAP, analytics tools), ensuring high-quality inputs for campaigns and reporting.
- Systems Integration & Automation: Manage marketing tech stack connections and optimize workflows (lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and nurture flows), especially across disconnected systems.
- Campaign Support & Execution Enablement: Partner with campaign owners to ensure proper infrastructure is in place-segments, forms, tracking, and lead flow-to execute efficiently and at scale.
- Reporting & Insight Delivery: Build automated reports and dashboards with proactive weekly insights on funnel health, campaign performance, and lead quality to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Optimization & Documentation: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then document scalable, repeatable processes that improve speed, accuracy, and cross-team clarity.
- Marketing-Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales ops to ensure consistent lead definitions, SLAs, and clean handoffs from marketing to sales.
- Stakeholder management: Engage with the Access culture to build a network of relationships with stakeholders via continual communications with your sales, product and marketing colleagues
- +6 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or software
- +2 years of managerial experience, including leading people
- Strong working knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau)
- Proven track record of improving marketing data quality and integrating disconnected systems
