- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and professional associations to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Maintain a strong professional brand that reflects integrity, expertise, and approachability.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and ensure at least 95% client retention rate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering services that meet expectations.
- Provide a consultative, solutions-based approach to deliver exceptional client value.
- Conduct annual client reviews and negotiate renewal terms.
- Prepare renewal proposals and claims analysis.
- Lead pre-renewal and renewal meetings with clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client reports, policy documentation, and compliance requirements.
