Purchasing Executive

• Develop high-quality suppliers and enhance product competitiveness
• Company's procurement work, including: inquiry, price comparison, signing of procurement contracts, acceptance, evaluation and feedback summary
• Connecting with suppliers, handling problems arising from raw material quality or supply, and properly resolving them
• Collecting, investigating, analyzing and evaluating market dynamic information, and providing timely feedback
• Other related work assigned by leadership

• Proficient in Malay, English, Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
• Applicants with extensive experience in fresh food distribution industry/catering raw material procurement will be given priority
• Proficient in using computer office software and search engines to find useful information efficiently
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills and coordination skills
